As a teenager, Dr. Kristen was intrigued by the human body’s ability to so effortlessly carry out intricate processes, while we continued to live our lives. She was fascinated that one system, “the nervous system”, was able to control the function of every cell, tissue, organ and system of your body. She decided to dedicate her professional life to helping others achieve their personal health goals, naturally.

Chiropractic Education & Training

Dr. Kristen has an undergraduate degree in Health Sciences, with emphasis on Human Anatomy and sport specific rehabilitation, from Brock University. Prior to graduating from Chiropractic College, she worked at Total Wellness Rehabilitation, helping patients achieve better health and performance.

She graduated from Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College with a Doctorate in Chiropractic. Postgraduate studies have included training in Pediatrics and pre and post-natal care, certification in Webster’s In-Utero Constraint Technique, training in Torque Release Technique and Gait Analysis.
